With the continued suspension of cruise vessel activity in Canada in 2021, the Association of Canadian Port Authorities recognizes the ongoing challenges of the pandemic and the need for all stakeholders to prioritize safety.
We respect the decision of the government and, as we look ahead to 2022, we are committed to working with all levels of government on frameworks for the safe resumption of cruise. We will continue our work in providing advice to government respecting potential protocols that will assist with the decisions required to allow this to happen.
